Overview (placeholder policy)
This is a placeholder privacy policy for the Soluna MVP. It will be replaced with a reviewed legal document before public launch. It describes our intent and current technical practices.
What we store
Only information you explicitly record: daily check-ins (symptoms, sleep, lifestyle, menstrual data), treatments you enter, appointments, AI questions, and account details (name, email). We do not import health data from third parties without your explicit action.
How it's protected
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Every health record is isolated per user with row-level security — no other user can access your records. Sensitive health details are never sent to marketing analytics platforms and never written to application logs.
AI processing
When you use Ask My History or generate an appointment summary, a computed statistical summary of your own records is sent to an AI model provider solely to produce your answer. Raw record-level data sharing is minimized; the model is instructed never to diagnose or recommend treatment.
Your controls
You can export all of your data (Settings → Export) or permanently delete your account and all associated records (Settings → Delete account) at any time. Data export is never paywalled.
